Help 99 Se Will Not Start

I was trying on my projectors I made on my sisters 99, because I am working on my car... So I hook the hids up to her car, harness and everything. I get in, car will not start.

The lights will come on and everything, but once you turn to "crank" everything dies. No power to anything, as if someone disconnected the battery. But if you unhook the negative, wait a few seconds, and connect it, the lights come back on, but once you turn to crank, everything dies again.

Before I put them on my sisters car, I found her spare key, started it up with that, and it started fine.... After everything was installed is when it did not start. I tried my sisters key that she uses everyday, and that didnt change anything...

I am clueless on what the problem is, I did not touch anything except install the hid's.. Anyone got any clues??? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Something similar to that happened to me after a KS install....turns out my battery just magically died with no notice. Lights still worked and all but the bat didn't have enough to start the car. 1 of three things obviously, which I am sure you know:

-Battery
-Alternator
-Starter

Mine did that also, and it turned out to be the negative terminal on the battery. Check the connections carefully.

BINGO!!!! What I did was put the hid ground (ring connector) I put it between the 2 sides of the negative ground terminal.. I looked at it at thought it wouldnt be able to tighten enough.. So I took the bolt out and put the ring connected on the outside.. Tightened it, and the car started right up..!

Didn't know such a small mistake like that would make you go nuts... I thought I fried my ECU or something along those lines. Thanks everyone for your help!!
