For people that were wondering,
I talked to Farmers and the buyback cost for a Maxima of this age, even after a rollover, is $1350. So we personally can't part it out, but if anyone else were to want to purchase it from Farmers, be my guest. There were 114,000 miles on the car.

Obvious deduction for high mileage, and credits for excellent exterior and interior condition. (Truthfully there was some slight bumper damage before, but now you'd never know it! The wreck concealed everything that was wrong with the car and left alone the un-doored door panels.)
It is more than we'd have to spend to replace it and pays off the loan we were upside-down on so I can't complain.
Comparable cars with same mileage are $7000 - $9000 on Autotrader.
