Have U Ever Bought A Lemon
I THINK I BOUGHT A LEMON cuzz i just got the car and its the 3rd day i brought it out and i already spent 600$ fixing problems and now my axle and clutch and tranns is SHOT........Has anyone ever bought a lemon car if so what did u do ? did u get your money back or did the people u bought the car from fix the problem?

How do you know if the transmission is shot... if your clutch is bad.
Might just be the clutch.
If you bought your car from a dealer, Connecticut might have a "lemon law".
There are things you need to do. Otherwise its just bad luck

well i dont really know if its the clutch how can i tell............it wont go into 1, 2, or 3 and when i put into 3 it drives ok but dosent move also when i drive it sounds like the axle cuz it sounds liek i am draggin somthin under the car and it makes a craking noise loud noise and i spent 600 on alignment and belt change and rewire for my computer and lil stuff yesterday and today this crap happens!

Change your slave cylinder. And check the clutch fluid. Sounds like you just have a bad slave cylinder or a clutch hydraulic system failure which is making it hard for you to shift into gear.
You can do this yourself. Get a chilton's manual or something and the slave cylinder is 25-35 dollars at any auto store.

My car wasnt a full lemond but it was a tall glass of lemonade.
I bought it from the dealer, the main thing that saved my and my Max's sweet 96 ass was the fact that I had a check engine light and its illegal for a dealer to sell you a car that wont pass emission, with this I threatened them and got my axle, KS, Crank ref (one of those bastards), clutch, and speedo fixed for free was about a $2k job.
I'd get a big list of everything wrong before you start (or in this case continue payign) and then present that to them and see about getting them to repair it all.

I bought my 1996 Maxima for $4200. The guy said he did kept it up to date with repairs and stuff. Oh boy was he wrong! I brought it to the dealer about a month after I got it for a tune up/safety check and dumped $2000 into the piece. New pads, rotors, calipers, ball joints, tie rods, lube jobs, yada yada yada...
Must be something with people from CT?
I can say my Max is running very well right now. And I think it's funny when my friends car's won't start. And I can still spank them when I'm getting my groceries. HAHA

well when i got my car, the interior was all vandalized that is why it was a slavdage title. i bought it from a auction for $3500 and it had 87k on it. no regrets at all and i dont care what the sstuid title says casue i am going to keep it forever andi have no problem knowing that its a salvadge title.
