Advice requested on KS and O2 Sensor

I got 0304 and 0707 codes recently. (KS sensor and rear O2 Sensor). I'm not so car handy and was thinking of getting somebody to do the work for me but I wanted advice on whether these are actually easy fixes. The rear o2 sensor seemed somewhat tenuous where as the KS replacement seemed a bit easier (give you have the right tools).

In any case if I do deceide to have a mechanic do it am I better off ordering the parts myself and asking the mechanic to install the parts for me or will they be unwilling to do this as they like the markup they make on the parts they sell to you as extra money?

Thank you for your advice!

-Jeff

p.s. -> what is the affect on my car if i dont replace the o2 sensor? (just Pollution or actual bad things)

Your gas mileage will go to hell with a bad 02 sensor. All the other questions can be answered by your mechanic...
