dumb question: whey then call it: wet-dry sand paper means you have to be running water while sanding? ME<-- have never sand a darn thing in my life lol

Do it right the first time. I painted my grill about three weeks ago and this past weekend it rained a lot. Lets just say the grill looks like a cow. Now I have to strip off all of the black paint. I knew I should've added the clear coat. I'm not sure if the paint stuck to the grill though. Good luck. I also did it when it was 40 degrees out and the wind was blowing like crazy. I suck at painting.
