DC Clears

Are these just diamond cut clears or the black ones like I have already? I got mine off ebay & the title said JDM black. No haters!

your car is nice. I like everything overall. I had dc clears and painted them myself to make them into jdm on my sagemist, but they look so much nicer on a black max, especially with the blacked out cefiro's its just perfect. Now just the rear needs to be changed a little, but thats only my opinion.

yea the lighting combo between the cefiros and smoked corners is really awesome. 97 conversion would be sweet too.

Ever heard of baking some headlights? This is how I got my cefiros apart along w/my girls' 2K1 headlights to paint them. 200-210 for approx. 10 min but be carful to not melt whatever you're putting in the oven. Try less time first to see if they'll come apart. If not go longer.

No comments on the red MAXIMA lettering? post #8

& I never got a clear answer on what DC clears are?

DC - diamond cut which is a sharper and/or clearer lense with kind of a checkered pattern. Ill try to get some comparison pics up for you.

I dont know about the red lettering and nissan badge. I would remove them both. But it is different also. If you do get the 97 trunk, smoked red/clears would look nice.

The red is going away when I repaint the whole car, but considering I bought new letters then had them custom painted. I think its beyong original. I've never seen another Max w/anything close to that! Plus they look alot better in person & if I had 97' red/clears it would all match alot better!
