Deep ****, car dead---Need help ASAP

My car died as I pulled into my parking lot. I had a piggyback style ECU which was not in. When the car is in ACC position, the check engine light doesn't come on as it should. I tested the pin 72 and it is only getting like 3-4 volts. I don't know why.

Some one tell me what to do. How do I test the ECU to make sure nothing is wrong.

I already elimited gas and battery.

I was going to say try to connect a ODBII reader to it and see if you get anything. To see if the ECU communicate with ODBII Reader. The other way of testing it, is to have another ECU from another 97. I don't know any other way.

ECU pins 67 and 72 are the ones that power ECU. They are not getting 12v, so it won't be able to read from OBDII port.

Check your ECM relay, sometimes resistance in relay lowers the voltage causing the car to not run.

Is this a performance ecu thing...or something that happens to the stock ecu by itself?
