Trac off, slip, and engine lights on

I was driving in this great weather today and all of a sudden I noticed that the "trac off", "slip", and "check engine" lights came on. I don't know if it's just a coincidence, but something always goes wrong after I get an oil change from my dealership (just had one 1,600 miles ago). Anyone knows what these lights mean? Should I bring it to the same dealership or another one?

It might be a speed sensor problem. Both the ECU and traction control both use that signal. Or recently I did the blue LED Mod to my cluster and didn't have the ribbon all the way in on the speedo and those lights came on.
