Might do a maxima (s-tuned) what do you all think?
Ok, I've had some issues lately with my car... getting repo'd, my a/c went out... I shorted something.... so the car is gonna get fixed, whether I like or not... any how... I'm thinking of doing the following... do the 97 conversion, with stillen lip... get some sideskirts, rear aftermarket bumper, keep the altezza skyline for now...but afterwards with some extra money where gonna go with the carbon fiber hood, and trunk... drop the car... with some springs and new struts/shocks....get those euro headlights, apc clears, do the vq hybrid motor...and get some volk gram light rims.... in other words i want to rice out the car in a stylish reasonable way.....I dont know if any if you have seen the 350z,G35,Skyline R34, and so on .... with the s-tune decals.... and the s-tune look... its looks clean.... I was thinking about making the maxima the same.....Give it a sort of aggressive look.... what do you all think??? Should I ? or should I not?

If money is no object and the car is low mileage and you plan on keeping it for a long time and you won't b!tch later on that you're tired of the look and its back to the drawing board and let's start all over again, sure go for it. But somehow I don't think that money is no object with you so why don't you save the money and put it towards something worthwhile, like an education, lol! I'm only coming at you from this angle because I p!ssed a boat load of money away on cars when I was young and if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't do it. But I guess its all part of a learning experience. What is your girl friend's advice? Don't have one? Then work on that angle, lol!

and i think if you wanna go for the s-tune look go for it, just be prepared for a lot of work and be ready to dump alot of time and money into the project

I asked NismoMaxman2 not you, PTownMax. I have 57,852 miles on my 95SE and I haven't underestimated the reliability of the max greatly. I know damn well they'll last for 250 - 300K or longer if looked after.
So far I haven't had a response from Nismo concerning my queries. Given that he still owes money on the car, it is incomprehensible to me how he could possibly afford to dump the money into the car that he would like to. All I'm saying is its a bad economic decision.
Take out a piece of paper. Draw a horizontal line across near the top of the page. Then draw a vertical line down the middle of the horizontal line and label the top left "pros" and the top right "cons" and start writing. Come back in a day or two and revisit and expand the list. After a week, give your head a shake and forget about the exhaustive list of mods you propose for your car and spend your money on paying it off and maintaining it.

i think you have a big wish list, and it all sounds well and good but you have to consider that unless you have a lot of knowledge on installing and tuning, you're just going to be pissing away money....... you'll get a third of the way into it and realize you are way over your head

That is a consideration one definately needs to take before modding a vehicle.
One, you will NEVER get back what you put into. Thats just a plain fact.
Two, fixing an older car may have some issues, but once their addressed and taken care of right thats it. When you are complete, the car can be just as good as new.
Three, modding a car thats older or paid for is a lot easier on the wallet.
parts are a bit cheaper (thanks to salvage yards) and no warranties to deal with.
