Question about putting a 6 speed in 4th gen

Question about putting a 6 speed in 4th gen

Now i heard that its possible to bold a 6 speed 3.5L tranny into the 4th gen. But the problem I have is what parts do I need to complete this
I know that both axels needs to be changed any other parts like mounts ect. Any informantion would be help full

It's been done. The guy who owns maximum tuning (I think that's the name) in NYC did it. I've heard that he felt it wasn't worth the work that had to be done.

6 speeds are never worth it. 6 gears is no better than 5, it just sounds better to the ordinary average dumbass consumer at the dealership.

I agree, just keep 5 speed. Save some time and effort. Also does anyone know why I cant start a new thread? I just registered a week ago, but I still cant start a new thread.
