i think i need new struts, but when i started looking also came accross shocks.. sometimes these are used interchangably...anyway, search feature does not work.. can anyone explain...point in the right direction?
i am thinking of getting just the front struts and the mounting pads (need them?)..

our cars are equipped with struts and depending on mileage it's a good idea to go ahead and change out your strut mounts, since you're already in there. also be sure to get your alignment check afterwards.
