okay here goes..
1. after removing the panel on the back of the seat reach up to the underside of the headrest posts (after removing the headrest) and you will feel/see where they come out of a hole in the frame, push these 2 tabs, id guess you would call them, together and push up, if its hard to do you can use a deep 12mm with an extension on them and whack them with a hammer.
2. rear seat backs, ther is a piece of vinyl that connects the armrest to the seat itself, follow it back and it ends in a plastic clip that clips onto the bottom of the access hole, lift it up and there are 2 10mm/phillips screws there.
3. the lumbar handle: push the foam on the side of the seat in so you can see behind the handle there is a "c" clip there, using a hook of some sort hook it where the handle extends(where you grab it to adjust it) and pull out(it might also be 180 degrees from there, you have to get it at the right position, just like manual window crank) careful though it will go flying, keep an eye on it.
any other questions let me know, i do leather interiors for a living.
