so i'm driving home in a 40mph zone, doing about 43. see cop stype headlights in my rearview, so i checked the speedo, made sure i wasn't going too fast, and kept on my way...about 30 seconds later, here comes the red n blues. mind you, i havn't been pulled over in about three years so my heart is going freaking nuts now.

he comes up to the window, and asks me if i know how fast i was going. i said about 40, and he says "well i have you clocked at 55...who's car is this?" i'm like it's my car...you got me HOW FAST? no way...he asks for my license, where i was comming from (wrote down my friends first and last name) and again, who's car was i driving...i say again, it's my car sir, and go to put my smoke out. while i'm putting it out, he goes i need to get that license. so i give it to him, he goes back to his car, and i start freakin out..55 my ***.

so he comes back, says you need to slow it down a bit there casey, and have a good night. i'm like wait wait, you had me on radar going 15 over? sir, there is no way i was doing 15+. he says well, this road is pretty empty, i'm sure you just didn't notice. no, sir, i swear on my life i was not speeding. "well, you got those low pro tires on there, that's why." i ride 235/35/19s and i have had this size tire for almost two and a half years...NEVER been pulled over. i asked him if he could PLEASE pace/radar me again so i can figure out how much my speedo is off, so i can get it fixed, and he goes oh well i don't have time i gotta get somewhere, slow it down. that's it.

what the hell man that is so ****ed up. i got pulled over because i'm driving a little "rice" car. he just wanted to see if it was stolen or if i had been drinking. what an ******* man!! first time in three years and it goes down like that.

wasn't doin **** wrong, so i wasn't praying for anything like that. i knew he wouldn't (couldn't) give me a ticket, it was just the whole act of it...

 

bsssssssssssssss ive been pulled over for doing 20 mph over late at night in empty streets and both times i was let free.

 

so i'm just supposed to be calm and absolutly fine with being pulled over for doing NOTHING wrong? i was NOT speeding, not swerving, nothing...and then he asks me three times who's car i was driving, like he couldn't beleive it was mine.

if you're the type of person who just lays back and gets abused...thats one thing. but a cop pulling me over with no damn reason is just harassment.

 

Go to court and ask for a printout...... here in California if the officer dont shows a printout and all the maintenance records of the radar gun , you win.

I wish things can be fix like in Mexico, I got pulled twice and and I solved the problem with 10 Bucks, I know what I did was Wrong and is called corruption. but it was between my car or money.

 

I was pulled over once cuz the cop didn't think my tails were DOT. (uh, altezzas, yeah yeah, I know) He pulled up behind me right at a red light, then as it turned green and we got through the intersection, he hits the flashers. I was sitting at that light for a long time, and i dont think he was around when i pulled up to it, i.e. he never saw me moving at all. So, i pop the trunk and show the lil DOT stamp thingy, and then he says, well you should at least slow down. I radared you back there at a couple over, but i'm gonna let it go this time... gee, thanks. There was no way he saw me when i was actually driving!

 

it's just like they pull over some ricer louder than hell civic with a 5 inch coffee can, but will only glance at a dual exhaust straight pipe hot rod or harley. It's such a stereotype thing!

yep i know...i woulda brought it up if the cop pushed the situation, but as it was he was just trying to scare me and see if i was drinking...he didn't have **** on me, and was trying to come up with excuses for his BS reason of pulling me over.

If he took down your friend's name, then I'd believe he most likely wanted to see if you had any warrants out for either of you guys otherwise he would not be interested in who he was or how he was doin. Man, that **** has happened many, many F-n times to me and my friends. Blatent harrassment, it's bullsh*t and there's no other way to put it.

 

i find that to be crazy, i agree with u, it probably was profiling. ive gotten pulled over for having a high school parking sticker on my car, im sure of it!!
