Oil Filter Thread Pattern for VQ Block?

- Does anyone know what the thread pattern is on the stock oil filter for the VQ block? I think that it is 3/4-16 (US), but I'm not sure. (No, my dealership didn't know either and the measurement is not in the Haynes Manual.)
