Turn signals don't work! Help!

Turn signals (front and rear) don't work. There is no signal on the dash, and no sound, either. This holds true of the hazard warning signal as well, of course. I suspect a relay, but can anyone confirm? Anything else I should consider?

Your signals will not work if your Hazard button is unplugged. Check to see if that is still plugged in or maybe you will need a new Hazard switch.

Thanks a lot for advising of the possibility, but I'm not sure how it could have suddenly become unplugged...

Same thing happened on our old Blazer and it did turn out to be the relay switch.

It may be a simple fuse. Same thing happened to me a while back.

I just put in a post for my parking lights suddenly going out while I was driving last night! I'm suspecting a relay problem also.

I'm not going to be to harsh on the last guy... just don't end up behind me right before I make a turn.

I am trying to find out how to diagnose a short in the lines to my signals and how to fix it, because the fuses seem to work fine, and I am fairly certain the flasher unit works properly as well...

You probably need a new flasher replaced. It's fairly inexpensive because I've had my flasher replaced on my 96 Max and it cost me @ $90.00
