what bonds plastic...pics inside

Im attempting to do a new grill sort of like geo's. now i dremeled out the chrome piece wit the nissan but now i ran into a problem. I need to bond the plastic together on the sides so when i paint it and cover it with mesh the holes wont be visible. I went to home depot and autozone and niether one was able to help me with something to bond it with. maybe you guys know.

sorry for pics took them with my cell.

plastic weld, its two tubes that you mix together and it hardens and you sand it smooth and maybe put some sort of filler on for the final smooth look.

I'm wondering if "5 Minute Epoxy" would work. I know CA glue bonds plastic, but probably not a huge piece like that.

yea, its paintable. i used it to fill in my fog light lines on my 95 bumper.( its all smooth now) after you bond it-mix and apply- ( front and back if you can for strongness) you get a filler and just put on a skim coat and sand smooth and then paint the whole grill.

so like just that little part ( looks like half a circle) you are doing?

hhm looks like your going to need to put something behind the hole, for the bondo or epoxy to fill the circle
