Tein S-techs w/stock struts?

Tein S-techs w/stock struts?

Is it doable? Is it worth it? Will i blow the struts?

yeah dude...s tech is one of the lowest springs they make for our max...you will definitely blow your struts in a few months ...also with stock struts your ride will be horrible...it will be so harsh....if you want it that low with s-tech's, you need a QUALITY strut...the illuminas are the best ....but they 410 shipped.....I wish I had them....maybe soon ... ive been researching struts/springs all weekend ... you need a good strut to handle any lowering spring

u should only do it if you know you will change it soon. I got new wheels for my car and the wheel gap was so big you could stick your head in it. I got it on stock struts because I just wanted to eliminate it while I save money to get Tein Basics. The ride is horrible. Bumpy everywhere. I hit my head on the roof of my car everytime I go over a bump. Just know if you put it on stock struts, your going to have to change them ASAP

yup, what these guys said. don't waste ur time and money putting in just the springs w/o good shocks.

im running the s-techs with the illuminas and they are great, if you ever decide to get struts with the s-techs, the illuminas a def. must.
