Tough to diagnose with only those symptoms. Stick or Auto? When does this happen: all the time, when you are accelerating/decelerating?

Does your problem reproducible constantly? Did you use low grade fuel recently?

If you say ‘check engine light’ is not on, than the knock sensor alone is the only one that will not cause ‘check engine light’ to show up. Did you try to read ECU codes anyway?

Currently I’m dealing with hesitation during acceleration problem. But I got codes:
09 01 - Front Right Htd 02 sensor heater
03 04 - Knock Sensor
10 08 - EVAP canister purge volume control valve
01 01 - Camshaft Position Sensor

0101 - is most likely the one responsible for it.

I went to the dealer the other day and the only code was knock sensor. Could that be the problem?

At some extend, Yes.
If knock sensor recorded by ECU the engine goes on the ‘save mode’ and that could affect performance. Try to reset ECU and see if it helps.
Also, search threads about knock sensor problem. Where are lots of threads on this.
