Looks pretty good to me ... I like the PS2 thing going on. Personally I don't like the altezzas and grills. Clear corners might look better, but then again I am not one to judge cars cause I have wierd taste.

yea, about that 5 speed swap- i really want to do one, but it will have to wait till next yr.
the grills look great in person and im waiting for a c.f. front lip from the guy on the org who wrecked his maxima( slmd19z). i know, i will make it fit my 95 bumper and make it look good.
im also waiting on a c.f. dash kit to finish my interior. i had a kit, but gave it to my friend( he just got a maxima) and the new kit had more pieces, so..... i will post better pics when i can learn how. thanks for looking

Hes probably doing something like making it carbon fiber to fit the car...or possibly making a custom center console to fit the car (more fiberglass work?)

ANYWAY...

I like the paint job on your maxima, the lower gill is quite creative to say the least, the steal plate inserts and floormats kinda throw it off a little i think, the altezzas are ok...id change the color (bake them or something...and put new paint)..i like the cefiro lights, the fiberglasse'd dash is pretty cool (is it silver or white?)...id give it a B in apperance..but i know its a work in progress..ill wait till you get the new pics up

thats definitely a new approach taken towards a maxima that ive never seen. i agree with whoever said something about it looking like a racecar. minus the altezzas i def give you credit for originality. i think it looks pretty good actually.

it needs a little bit more work ( i need to fiberglass the slit that you can see)
but just cut out the bar in the middle and sand. those grills, you just have to see in person

it looks alright, not a big fan of the carbon fiber hood, or the half black half silver paint job, or really the grills. But its original and its ur car, so its cool in my books.

You have some really nice stuff. Rims, shaved handles/keyhole/antenna/doorgaurds, headlights etc. But you need a front lip (badly!), clear bumper lights, kill the sticker graphics, lose the front offset Nissan emblem and paint the top half of your car body color. Otherwise, very nice.

I always thought of cutting the dividing bar on the front bumper, now I can see it cuz u actually had the ***** to cut it. I think I'd try to set the mesh back further on it and go with a darker color to create some depth and contrast. Altezza's to me look much better than stock or the cleared/all red rigged lights(boring). And I'd agree about the 2 tone paint job, doesn't work for me but otherwise very original MAX.

Damn, I actually really like your car. It doesn't look like anything on the org. It has that mean sporty look.
Like you said, all you need is to change the grill and put on a 97+ bumper with a lip.
Just keep posting pics

yea, i hear that, i will just go back to the look that everyone has....
the top being black goes with the c.f. hood which goes with the powdered coated black rims which goes with the soon to be c.f. lip, which goes with the gay azzz altezzas, which goes with all the other c.f. i have.

you every see the 240s with the top black? thats what i like.
but, i like everybodys comments.

also, these pics dont do justice, so keep an eye out....

i did all the fiberglassing and sanding all all interior parts. i made the grill myself. im waiting for a few more parts to finish it up. if you want to know the best way to fiberglass, pm me. i saved about $700 doing it myself. everything but paint, even most of the body work i did, like making the one piece headlights fit perfect. i will post better pics in a few weeks. thanks for looking.

Probably a dumb question but I would like to know how do you open your doors from the outside if you don't have door handles?

I've seen a remote that pops the door open, but what happens when that fails for some reason. Is there a backup solution to opening the doors?

That is a very nicely done Maxima. I don't like the altezza tails, but to be honest, this is probably the first 4th gen Max they look good on. Not a big fan of what appears to be a CF hood - I'd paint it body color.

Seriously, awesome work on the body kit. You did a kick a$$ job on the grills - best I've yet to see on a 4th gen Max.

...almost forgot, that steering wheel owns too. Plain and simply, racing-type wheel - looks remarkable!

Overall, this one gets an 8.5/10 from me.
