One thing I dont like about the auto climate control is that if you press AUTO it runs the AC no matter what temperature you select. Even if you select 80 degrees it will run the AC and the heat simultaneously so the air is 80 degrees instead of just using regular air and the AC when needed. Also whenever you press a button (Auto or Econ) it automatically goes to the highest fan setting and you get blasted.

Your complaints don't really make sense because you can AT ANY TIME use the auto climate control manually. Choose AC or economy, choose your fan speed, choose wich vents the air goes out, etc., etc. It has everything the manual controls have (if that's what you like) and a whole lot more (for those of us who appreciate it).

im doing the QX4 navi into my 98 i30 .. its all auto.. btu the navi has the climate control in it.. so anyhwo ..... anyone can get access to a qx4 fsm..? let me know... thanks.. and KILLER... sweet job...
