Ok i got into that axcident and im ready to get an exhaust and just pay the difference to the stock exhaust maybe... im probably just gonna get the stock 96' se muffler and pipe but i was wondering is there a big difference in sound from the Apexi to stock ?? ...A brand new stock exhaust would be nice but so would the apexi, but i dont want to much noice...i may have the guy order the apexi and pay the difference from what the insurance company gives me...oh and by the way stock headers im keeping on and stock Cat that both may be repalced but im staying stock with those... thanks guys

 

the apexi WS is just a LITTLE louder than stock. It has pretty good performance gains and has none of that annoying loud sound. I can barely hear it while im driving.

 

You would recommend it ?? or nah ?? i dont care about performance i just dont want too loud of an exhaust sound...i want a close to stock sound

 

get the apexi... I know that you'll like it... it looks great and makes a nice little deep sound between 2000-2500 and is quiet about that. Plus I think that it should be cheaper than the stock replacement

 

Ill have to see...im getting the estimate today..i just dont know if my dad will let me get it, he thinks it will be to loud for the cops and stuff...

 

You definitely should get it. I have it on my 99SE 5-spd and I couldnt hardly hear the exhaust. Even sometimes when I step on it, sounds is very minimal. Very close to stock sound....
