I'm going to ******* flame the living.... j/k
Good question. I have not ever though about aiming my fogs. However, my guess is that you might want to consider adding more washers to the bottom screw/nut (there are two). That way your fog will point more upward. Get what I mean?
Another way is perhaps to dig deep inside where the fog bracket is. Maybe you can somehow adjust it. Maybe even tilt it with force. I know for a fact that the bracket is a POS metal that you can twist with your hands if you put enough force into it. Just remember that the little plastic covers may no longer fit then.

i had the same problem...i dunno how i fixed it but now my drivers lamp, (which was aimed at the ground) seems to be shooting straight after i changed the bulb. Maybe the bulb wasn't sitting in the housing correctly. Have you tried messing around w/ the bulb?
no, havent tried messing with the bulb, and i didnt notice it aimed low till i changed the bulbs, however, thats probably cause the bulb was out before, but i will try messing with the bulb, and if that doesnt work, ill use some washers.
There is a aiming screw on the back side of the fog light housing. This controls the reflector angle to allowing for aiming changes up and down. It may not seem like it is doing anything but keep turning the screw as you will eventually start to see a change in the angle of the light.
You need to chill with your negative comments. Some people may not have the resources or knowledge that you have so they come here and ask for help. If you took the time to actually read through all of the posts here then you would have known that I had already answered his question. So this shows that you really are the "lazy ****s" for not reading.
At least someone understands. I read your post but I was pointing out that it's in the owner's manual as well. Once you realize that most people here overlook the owner's manual, which I'm sure 99% of all the members have, you'd realize that my post was just a harmless remark. Whatever you think of me, in my flames I don't name call so I thought that would make you see it was a comment to everyone, not just him.
Are the brackets at all the same for 95-96 fogs? When I took off my fog light housing, since it sits like a half inch behind the bumper, I did not see bolts where I would be able to just "add" washers to get it flush, and I ended up breaking two bolts in the process. I gave up, but now I'm curious to see this answer.
edit: I had asked this very same question pretty recently, and had gotten the washer response.

^^ not in my owners manual, i just went out and had a look, it said NOTHING about foglight adjustment, neither did my haynes manual. i understand a lot of people ask extremely stupid/repedative questions, but ive never seen this asked before, and i couldnt find the info anywhere else, but in anycase, thanks for all the help guys.

A lot of people here have a bad attitude towards people asking questions to things "they" already know but don't feel like sharing their knowledge to the ones that don't. Instead of assistance, they provide insults or put downs to the people just looking for a helping hand. I thought you were coming from this direction. My bad for the misunderstanding.
