Grill Cleaning

I have some stuff on my stock grill and I dont know how to get it off. I need something more than bug and tar remover...does anybody know some kind of metal cleaner or something? I was thinking I have to clean it with some heavy duty cleaner and then polish it off...any ideas?

Thanks

I dont know what it is but it was there when I got the car..it seems like some heavy duty glue or something. I have no access to high pressured water so i'm trying to find some good metal cleaner.

if u think its glue, its probably glue from nissan. i did noticed some of the adhesives they use are pretty heavy duty, like the tailight goo, emblem goo goo, etc. try WD to da 40, adhesive removers, goo gone, gasoline.

pics would help
