O2 sensor

I have a few requests, anyone know if the groupdeal at oxygensensors.com is still going on? i need one more o2 sensor. also, i know the one i need to replace is a 4 wire, but not sure which one it is. It was to dark outside tonight to see, but when i ran the code at advanced auto parts it came up with P0430 Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold, Bank 2 I have a warpspeed ypipe for my cali spec, is this due to the ypipe? if so i guess ill just live with it, but i have replaced 3 out of 4 o2 sensors and want to make sure its not that. My car is a 99 but has 140,000 miles on it. To the rear of the car from the radiator there is 4 sensors lined up (directly behind the radiator) i have replaced the two on the far left, but the 3rd one i havent touched yet. Is this for bank 2? and if so do you think this will fix the problem?

Thanks for all your help. I cant stand my cali spec car, hopefully ill love it once i get this minor thing fixed....

thanks
