Need oppinion on CF hood

well i might get my firends cf hood he bought from nopi last aug, he only had it on his car for like 4 months before the snow season came around, and if i may say it still here, and its april. anyways its really faded almost brown looking, he got it form nopi and i think it says cobra on the bottom, has anyone ever heard of this brand or bought a cf hood from nopi, but im jsut wondering why has it already faded after only being on for 4 months, and does anyone have any suggestion to bring it back to factory shine, ive heard using no7 rubbing compund miught work but it will rip off the clear, but if its faded maybe the clear coat of f-ed, or do i have it re clear coated at a shop,

what do u guys think???

I think the only way to restore it, is to have the clear lightly sanded and then reapplied.
The reason it turned was more then likely due to thin clear with no UV protectant.
Ive had mine for a little over a year now and it still looks pretty good.
I take care to wax it often though.
