Replaced o2 sensor still getting codes

Well today i replaced my o2 sensor, i was getting 0303 and 0707. i replaced the front o2, and got a cel again, and it was 0707 + 1001. WTF! front left heated o2. I know the rear o2 cel is coming up bc of my g-force ecu, at least i think it is, it may also be time to change it anyways, but why did i get the 1001 for the front left heated o2 again??

Are you sure nothing is wrong with your ecu? Just asking.

maybe the reason behind your G-force ecu cause the rear o2 to pop up as a cel is doing the same for your front o2. Just an idea.

Which front did you replace?

I would get to the bottom of this. Your fuel mileage can suffer. Power at WOT (open loop) will not be affected but it would bother me to know the car is not in tune.

Did you use a Universal O2 sensor or an OEM O2 sensor?

I replaced the one all the way towards the front of the car on the left side when you're facing the trunk. Universal wagner o2 but it had the oem connector on it and three wires, and all throughout the time i've had the code i've gotten 28-32 mpg.

Reset the ECU or swap the two white wires.
