Did they make digital climate control head units for 1998 maxima's? And if so, can i replace my manual climate control head unit for a Digital one with no problem?..somebody help me..im hopeless..

Yes, they did make them. Conversion is possible, but VERY involved and difficult. A few people here on the org have done it. It's not a simple plug and play, but there are several sensors that need to be added, and maybe servos to adjust the air vents.
