Just ordered

a Colgan Black Finish Original Car Bra from AutoAnything.com.

Has anyone else bought one of these things and can tell me how well it fits.

Guess I should have asked that question before I ordered it, but oh well, I wanted one anyway for at least my longer trips.

It came today!

The fit is pretty good overall. I'm glad I went with the "carbon fiber" finish over the regular.

Anyway, I'll have pics up tomorrow.

It's not a fashion statement

I know it looks better without it. But I'd rather have the bra on most of the time than deal with more rock chips when I really want it to look good.

interesting...how much do these cost? i've been waiting for months for insurance to send me the rest of the money for my bumper so i can get the 97+ bumper i have sitting here painted and maybe i can instally it and cover with the bra until the money comes...i have a body colored 97 grill so atleast that part that shows would look right. i just don't know how a bra would look on a white car...any thoughts?

ben can you take some pics from farther away?

It was $110 shipped, the regular "leather" finish is $90. I got it from www.autoanything.com

haven't you guys ever considered one of those 3M clear bras? very hard to tell it's there and you won't get chipped paint.
