Headlight question please

Hi boys, I was behind a pickup truck today and saw in the reflection in the tailgate that I had a headlight out. When I got home, I saw that it exploded inside the housing!!! A GE Silverstar. There is headlight bulb glass all inside the housing. Does the outer lens just pop off prying those 2 clips on the top? So I can get the glass out of the housing?
Thanks so much

Damn, nothing's ever easy!!! It's getting late, I'll have to save this project for another day. The bulb gas is on the inner lens too, so now the lens is foggy.

The same thing happened to me in the 1st few months that I bought my car. The car was still under warranty so I got a free headlight replacement. The stealership won't take the time to bake open your lights and clean them out. It really is an easy process that should take you ~30min from start to finish.

it will take you about 20-25 minutes to heat up the glue, then you gently pry it off, clean it, the heat up the glue again (20 minutes) then moosh it together making sure there are no holes in the seal. id say an hour for the entire job if you know what youre doing.
