first time reading code, am i right?

first time reading code, am i right?
i got 4 long pulses 12 shorts 3 longs and then 4 shorts. now would that be 0412 and 0304????

now i tried poutting in 0412 and there is no 12 for the 04 but i double and triple checked it and it definetaly was 12 short pulses
