wow... to answer your question, no, it cant be done for 2 reasons (atleast). 1. the 350z's engine faces the other way, so right there, the pipes arent gonna line up, and 2. there isnt enough room down the length of the car to fit 2 pipes. we have 2 options if we want "dual" exhaust. 1. we get a flowmaster or some other muffler that has dual outlets, and run both tips off one muffler, or 2. pound the spare tire well in to make room for a "true" dual exhaust, that will branch off a single pipe somewhere near the rear axle.

i dont know why that was so hard for the people above me to say, but there it is.
