Idle for automatics

Hey guys,
debating on if I should raise up my idle or not.

here's what its at for me:
-with the car running in drive at a stand still w/ no load its at ~600 rpms
-with the car in park with no load ~750
-with the car in park and a/c and radio on ~850
-with the car in drive and w/ a/c and radio on ~750
-neutral ~700

How do these numbers look guyz?? Even after raising up the idle a little bit, I still get some vibration on the steering wheel. To top that off, i'm not sure if increasing the idle would give me worse gas mileage.

Let me know if I shoudl raise the idle up again? and if so, what should it be at for an automatic w/ or w/out load.

Thanks in advance...

how do you raise the idle? I thought it was controlled by the ecu.

IACV (Idle air control valve) there is a black plastic screw thing on there that you turn to raise or lower the idle..

to reset the idle you turn your car off...put it in nuetral....on the TPS on the throtle body, you take off the brown plug closest to the intake manifold....then you start the car, your idle will go al il crazy the settle down.....then you go and turn the screw to the idle that you want....then turn off the car, plug the connector back in and start the car to check on the newly set idle
to answer your question:

i believe your idle is just fine, i wouldnt mess with it. The ECU pretty much resets the idle to a base idle anyways, you cant really adjust it up that minimally, it will just go where it wants to go unless its really low or really high.

I had a problem with my idle being too low. Instead of replacing it, the shop cleaned it out, and it brought the idle up some, but it's not as smooth. I think if your charge light does not come on then your fine.
