your taillights are teh gay. you have a gt-r badge on it, your body kit front doesnt match the rest of the cars lines your red shifter boot doesnt match anything else except your red pedals and switch covers....screams rice really loud to me.

i can tell someone has put alot of work into it and if you like it thats what counts.

That is one ghey car. Just cause you have a red shift boot that matches absolutely nothing on your car, except the key ring light and pedals from what I see, doesn't mean you can call it REDline. Tails are ghey as well, and don't even get me started on the star trek, square body kit.

Wow. It amazes me that people can't even find one nice thing to say. I have done all the work to my car MYSELF and not one person even gave me a....how did you do that....or why did you do this......instead i got insta classified as rice cause of some cheap accesories. (Pedal's shiftboot, and switches) and a person's dislike for body kits. (Can i interject a point here? Um...the regular maxima doesn't look like a sports sedan. I am merly bringing out what the true car is. I hate the "my car is stock so its totally hot" attitude people have....but i dont go around waiting to snipe at people saying ..."dude get a body kit your car looks ghey". )

Second of all I AM NOT DONE. I havent begun working on my interior. I have been working on: 1 engine, 2 outside appearance (urathane is not going to match the factory color (ever). 3 basic sound system RF components in the front and 3 ways in the back(no subs yet). And finally: I've had this car for 2 years since May. That's it.

Oh and about the comment of why i call my car redline.....at night the gauges, clock, ac, deck, interior neons under the dashes and seats, and the underlights, and even my ps2 are all red. This year i am actually getting a "red line" graphic so that i no longer get complaints about calling my car redline.

I do expect people to tell me what they think.....but they only mentioned the stuff that they hated. (I mean does the car look that bad?)

Thanks on the compliment for doing the work myself. I have spent alot of time planning and working to afford the parts i needed for this car. That's it. That's all i wanted....1 pat on the back...now i will probably never check this thread again.

Hey man, I think your car looks nice. Props for doing all that work yourself! It's more than I can do. I'm a total on most things that require any wiring. It's your car, your taste and I hope you enjoy cruising in it because I'm sure you turn heads going down the street.

I'd rather spend my money on stuff like power and handling, rather than wheels and body kits that you may end up hating 2 years down the road.

I prefer a car that is faster than it looks, over a car that looks faster than it is. Got a problem with that, shove it.

Anyway...it looks unique.....good job

Eh people are people man. You should expect that if you're gonna put your car out for people to see. I like it man, not too crazy about the inside (I'm more fond of the all black), but the outside looks good. Keep it up!

You are absolutly right, and that may be what floats your boat. What you didnt see that is that i have a RSB, a FSB, Frankencar intake, Flowmaster custom exhaust with a warpspeed y-pipe and a high flow cat, as well as an act clutch, (B&M short shifter and aniversary shift **** as well as new boots for both ebrake and shifter are in the works). So im not all "show".
You see I had a stock looking max and got no respect (with all the performance mods) until i got the body kit and changed the look of the car. (My car didnt get any faster....hmm must be those 50+hp stickers...oh wait i dont have any)

Funny that I like to think of myself as a loyal part of the community (having had a 3rd gen and 2 4th gens) and all respect on the org has seemingly gone out the window cause people hate on a body kit and some cheap accesories.

I have had people practically flag me down just to find out what kind of car it is. (You should see thier reactions when i say its a maxima)

It's pointless if people cant even pick you out of a crowd....its just as bad as hooking up a honda. So if you all have issues with people on the org going unique to get the maxima some respect.....you can shove it.

BTW ive entered car shows where having the altezza's gets you higher marks than having the cleared stock tails. Hence, yeah i know they dont look the greatest but until i have money to do my skyline tail conversion they will stay.
Or i could stop "wasting my money" and buy yall some hatorade.

Unlike most of these guys, I can see what your car will look like. It is a dam@ good looking car. Keep up the good work and F@#$ anyone that says it is anything less. Plus, if you like your car, that is all that matters. And another thing, for doing everything yourself. Mostly everyone else takes their car to the "shop" to get little stuff done. I have only had my car since December, and I've only replaced the clutch, but I did it alone.

Nice job!
but you gotta get rid of the altezzas. go with some red/clears and maybe some light tint. And from the looks of it you need a better camera. The photos arent that clear.

Looks good! I can tell you put a ton of work into it - I wouldn't have the patience. I like those fenders, did you get them from Custom Maxima? The body kit is nice too. Looks real sporty!

I dont really like white on tan. i dont know why nissan put together something like that. I dont reallly like them box shape bumpers either. On the side view car does look sweet.
U need a to do a couple of things!
Get rid of the red shifter boot
Red brake pedals
Get u a chrome dash kit
Since u got redline in red lettering. the Chrome tails match up great.
get a tint.
take them cream color door panels off

If ppl dont like ur car (which I dont), why should we tell u something nice about it? You asked for opinions, you got em. Were not gonna lie to you to make you feel good about ur car. And by the way wat would we ask u about how u did somethin? Wat, how u put on those ugly boots?

what did you use for the rear speaker deck? its not bad, you like red or something? look into redlinegoods for the best leather boots and armrest covers.( lots of colors too) its your style, what size rims are those? hey, at least its not "look at my stock maxima"

I got rid of the factory carpet for the rear speaker deck because once you take off the Bose grills you realize that there are some horrible holes you have to cover up. I just tore out the exsisting carpet and went to Walmart and bought some 1/2 fabric / 1/2 carboard material and glued it on to the factory cardboard. I also cut out a design in the cardboard so that it would super impose itself on the rear deck at night (using a modified trunk light) thus allowing me to keep a clean white look in the day and a light up design at night.

As for my rims they are 18s. And yes I love red. I will post pictures of my interior at night and my engine once i get my hands on a decent camera.

First, and foremost.......... get a better camera. Pics came out horrible. Your crappy pics don't do your car any justice. Ditch the GTR emblem and you're good to go.
