Are you talking about the clearenc corners next to the headlights?
Or the bumper lenses?
The clearence lights hav a small screw that holds them on located above the light under the hood.
Unscrew that screw and just pull it out. It can be a PITA to get out, but it will pop out.
The bumper lenses require you to pop the outer put and once its out you will see a screw holding the other in.

EDIT: ^^he beat me...

youre talking about the bumper lights? no, the side ones just pop off, then that reveals the screw to get the front ones off. its just about the easiest thing in the world. if youre talking about the actual corner lights (the ones right next to the headlights) then its a bit more complicated, but still dont have to take the headlights off.

Why in gods name would you need to remove the headlights for somthing that is not even near the headlights? No, you don't need to remove the headlights, you need a flat head screwdriver, and philips, were the gap is located you wedge the flat head and pop out the corners, then with your philips screw driver you unscrew the screw that holds the front signal in, simple as that.

You have to remove the Clearance lights in order to remove the headlights.

You might have to remove the engine depending on how tight the screws are....
