You can just buy a piece of rubber hose and cut it into a spiral (helix-like) and use that as a spring isolater.

Just buy new isolators from the dealer. They aren't that expensive.

Im getting some loud annoying knuckling/thumping sound. I know that my Sway bar end links are pretty shot but i feel the noise even in the steering wheel especially when i come to a slow complete stop. What could this be?

Do you hear/feel the knuckling/thumping sound when going over bumps or in turns?

If the noise is coming from your new springs then yes, you can get the spring isolators from the dealer.
