Does your car have foglights? If it does, its an SE .Ditto if you have the white gauges. The SE was the only trim model with either foglights or White-face gauges.

Most likely, you have an SE. It is true that only SE's have white guages. Another way to verify you have an SE, look at the window trim around the windows and your door handles, are they black or chrome?

Black=SE
Chrome=GLE

Read the sticky, it has all the info to determine what your car trim is.

My insurance card says GLE/SE/GXE, and for my 03 it states GLE/SE, it's a general thing. You have a SE my friend, be happy, pour yourself a cold beverage and enjoy it along with your fully loaded SE.

Make sure you get that changed from the insuarance just in case you get into a car accident. Then they can quote you on the right trim.

GXE is not worth as much as a SE.

Foglights could be put on any car at the dealer as an option - but if you have white faced guages it's almost surely an SE unless someone swapped out the guage cluster. Check your VIN if you want to be 100% sure

same thing happened to me. my car was listed on the old title as a GLE even though it has white face gauges and foglights. it also has the auto climate control, the gold badge and "maxima" on the trunk, and the power heated seats. i think i might have a hybrid maxima because its a salvage title and parts could have been taken from different trim levels??

I need some checks and balances here, but isn't it true that SEs have a spoiler with LED brake light and no brake light in the rear window, but other trim levels with a spoiler will have a brake light on the spoiler and in the window?
