Changing Mileage on Cluster

Hey guys I just bought a SE Cluster with 160k on it. I would liket to change it to 78k to match what my car has on it. Is there an easy way to do this without removing needles and such?

Can I just give it to them or will they insist on installing it? Do you know what they charge?
