Warpspeed questions

My new car has a warspeed y-pipe, hi-flow cat, b-pipe, and magnaflow muffler. When I go WOT through a few gears and come to a stop, I smell a strong sulfur type smell. Is this normal? Maybe I have a problem? After the car settles the smell dissapates. Also, how do I tell if I have the 2.25 system or the 3'' system? It looks very big, but I dunno o_O. Thanks~~

A tape Measure.

You want a 2.5" inner diameter exhaust unless you are SC or Turbo. If you are not then consider a new name.

It is probably your cat if you have a sulfur smell. Take it off and see if the cleaner is still in one piece. If not then talk to warpspeed about it and see if your car has a problem to ruin a cat.

Brakes and clutch also have smells if either is working pretty hard. It is a very different smell though.

i think the smell your getting is just the new pipes being "broken in" (unless your cat is bad as mentioned above) ive been through 2 WSP Y-pipes and have their B-pipe and experienced the same thing the first few days. should go away soon if thats what it is.

Catalytic converters don't work until they are hot. Your probably not getting it up to temperature before going to WOT so the extra raw fuel is'nt being converted. Try waiting until you have driven several miles and the engine is up to temp and the see what happens.
