relays for 9007 conversion??
relays for 9007 conversion??
do you need two relays for each bulb, one for low beam, and one for high?
and what requirements for the relays are needed?
I read the stickies and how-to's but nothing i come across specifically mentions what to use here.
thanks in advance

It is recommended that you use 2 30amp relays. That way, if one of them burns out, you will still have 1 headlight on to be able to drive home. Otherwise, if you only use 1 30 amp relay and it burns out, you will loose both of your headlights completely and be driving in the dark.
the relays make it possible to deliver more power to the bulbs via thicker gauge wire making the lights brighter, i think.
however i don't understand, that right now i have 100watt/120watt nokya bulbs running via the stock wires and it doesn't burn out.
would setting up relays to run thicker gauge wire really make a different in the brightness for me?
