My Tranny leaked all the oil out !!!

Hi there guys I had to replace my clutch disk and when I pull the tranny down I notice that it was dry as a bone where could it have leaked the oil I replace the two axle rings ..where else do I need to check I will post a picture of my clutch disk is pretty amazing that I drove it the way it was with out hurting anything else !!!!

You do know that there is no gear oil where the clutch is don't you? The gear oil is on the other side of the tranny where the gears are.

Now Imagine if there was oil where the Cluth is? What do you think will happen?

isnt it drain the tranny part of the steps for a clutch change?

not if u can handle the weight of a tranny full of fluid.....

If there was no gear oil at all in a tranny, you could not be driving the car at all.

Tranny

Hi guys I know that the oil is inside the tranny ..but what I emant to say is that there was some oil splater in the inside case where the clutch is I will get some pictures today and post them tomorrow and you will see what i mean...th eclutch was install about 1yr half ago ...my question is ..is there a seal inside the case where the clutch is that I should look at before I replace the clutch ..I know it was leaking it but not much ..that's until I had to replace it ..the tranny was dry !!!!any clutch suggestions as in brands !!!!
