97-99 AE Headlights

I was wondering which color/shade of dark paint everyone uses to paint their housing to make it look like the AE Headlights.

does this work for 95/96 max's? what i mean is, will it look the same, the lense's on 97-99's and 95's are different arent they? i'm afraid it wont show on the 95's.

I can't really tell by your sig, but just look at your lights and if you can see the circular outline on the outside, then it should work. I honestly didn't think mine would show up much, but now that they're on the car, I'm surprised.

Yeah on the 95/96 it isnt as noticeable as the 97-99's.

Why would you use blue? Just use black or graphite

Here are a couple pics with the corners done. The lights are pretty here so they don't look the best. The corners are a little trickier to pry apart than the lenses on the headlights.

because my car is a navy blue color so i thought that it would look a little better if i used blue instead of black.

i think i'll leave my corners alone, i dont think they look good enough to warrant more time and effort prying the lenses apart (did enough of that with my clear tails last night )

You guys should get some of those clear side lights that custommaxima has. Those would make the AE mod really stand out.

It's hardly noticeable in the 95/96ers. The headlight lense isn't see thru like the others. However, there are some that did it.
