This will probably help. It's from VQpower.com. It says it's for 97-99, but should work with 1996. I believe this is the one I did on mine, I have a 1996. It's not a long job, pretty short and easy to do. Hope this helped.

Hey, go to page one of the 4th Gen forums and from the top of the page scroll down to 4th Generation Modifications FAQ's and go to page #2 and then go to post #53 and click on the link there. hey MAXIMABOY where is townsend, in relation to anything, lol. Im in eastern mass about 45 minutes north of boston. Id like to meet up with you guys, we should get a little mini meet goin.
