brake or something problem

alright lately I have been having this problem. Sometimes when I press my brakes all the way, I feel something lock inside. I mean I can feel it from my foot. Now when I try to accelerate, the car acts neutral till about 4k and then starts moving with a big jerk. So wuts wrong with it?
