Thanks for the helpful post. Unfortunately, apparently there is only one type of cd changer that is compatiable. A USA Spec 6 CD changer. I find this hard to believe. There has got to be a few people in the same situation. Have the bose system HU, and have came across or purchased some other type of changer. Cause I imagine a pioneer or infiniti cd changer is better than "USA Spec". Let me know....

 

Wtf are you talkin about? Did you mean to respond to another post? Anyways do you have stock stereo? Bose? There is an OEM clarion cd changer that can work too. You can get it at www.courtesynissan.com.

 

i got a kenwood 6 disc hooked up to my bose HU using the stock HU controls, works fine.. Stealership put it in when it was new.

 

my moms pathfinder has a BOSE head-unit and my dad purchased a Sony 12 CD changer, and to use the CD changer instead of pressing the CD changer button, you have to tune it to 88.7 FM.

 

Does your BOSE have the CD Changer button. Cause mine does as well as the 8 pin DIN connector. But it just doesnt fit.

 

or if u want to get a bit on teh fancy side u can take out ur push out tray and unstall a 6disc indash../OR get single din/single din6disc changer inplace of ur double din... or find a patfinder bose unit from teh newr patfinder with cd changer in it.. it has RDS... ncie feature...
