help please. during take off up to approx 2000 plus rpm, I have noticed that when I take my foot of the accelerator the rpm will flucuate down to as low as 300 rpm's and then float back to 2000 rpm.

The rpm will eventually settle down when the speed of the vehicle and the engine rpm approx equate each other.

I was told it could be the idle sensor switch, but since I do not have an "engine check light" illuminating - the dealership tech personnel don't feel it is a problem.

Maybe I should let them make some payments.

Also, my '98 Max has approached 30,000 miles. I can hear my blower fan starting to whine in the 1st and 2nd speed selection - it is ready to go ??

I have until Aug of this year to correct any impending trouble.
