9004 to 9007 conversion question

I'm about to do the conversion and I wanted to know if I can just cut the 9004 harness off and swap it for this one... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=42613

Has anybody done this?

Thanks

there are tab's on the side and you can just sand them. i tied to install the 9004 bulb on the 9007 socket and it worked. remove the tabs. hope that helps

You'll only burn something if you use higher wattage bulbs unless you upgrade your harness. I run 9007 Nokyas with Nokya 9004 harnesses, just swapped the lowbeam and ground wire

get the 9004 > 9007 harness converter from southwest autoworks. the headlight will be brighter.

or u can save up that $40 and get real HID systems. never worry about ghebay headlights blowing out. i think i spent about $100 on gaybay headlights which i could have just got HIDs. so i recommend HID in the long-run.
