5spd swap suggestions

I'm planning on putting a 5th gen transmission, Fidanza flywheel and 5th gen clutch in my 96. I will be following Hal's guide. Anyone have any advice, suggestions, or pointers for me?

Well so far I have gotten only the pedals in as I am still waiting on my fuccing fylwheel to show up... But as far as tips go on the pedals I have only one, and that is to NOT trow away the left side steering wheel support bracket...regardless of what that hal said, it is NOT useless! The only reason it needs to be romved in the first place is to make enough room to remove the brake pedal/bracket. If you dont reinstall it, your steering wheel will not be supported on that side near the back. There are several tools that will be helpful for the pedal installation... Read this:

Ohh... one more thing DO NOT let your steering wheel hang all the way down and bottom out like hal did. Use a jackstand to support it!! Also be very careful NOT to didturb the key interlock cable that runs along the steering wheel column. I messed mine up and I could not get the key out of the ignition and so I had the take the column all apart again and disconnect the cable adjust the lock plate and then reconnect it again!!! Big pain in the @ss!!
