spray lysol in the vents and let it sit overnight, they also sell a spray for such things.

Also double check that the drain hose isn't clogged... the drain hose will be coming out of the firewall closer to the passenger side - midway down the firewall.. It should just be hanging loose - water drips out of there when the A/C is running.

Yep. Turn on the fan full blast and spray your favorite scented Lysol into the air vents in front of the windshield. Do it for a minute or two and then let the fan run for about 10-15 minutes. Keep your windows and doors open so the smell doesn't get too strong in the car.

At your local parts store they sell a mildew remover. It is used to remove mold that can make ur a/c smell. Just turn the a/c to full blast and spary it on the vents right under the windshield.

My A/C was smelly at the start of this year too. The $10.00 stuff at Autozone didn't touch it. I went through two cans of the stuff and it smelled as bad as when I started. Then, I read the sticky note in here that said to spray Lysol into the intake below the drivers side of the windshield. It worked great! The only problem now is that I cannot find the intake for the recirculated air. I think it's behind the glove box???
