thanks, I'm probally going to order some of these, especially if they come with quality yellow tinted bulbs, I love that look against the "HID like" headlight bulbs.

anyone else with these fogs have more pics or comments about the quality?

^^They are projectors. The beam pattern and light output seems to be pretty decent. Darklegend06 has 'em:

I can see across the street with the second pic. I could prob drive with only fog with how bright they are.

or are they $25 for each one, equally $50 for the pair? <- i hope not

they don't really specify very well, or give any details.

Is this a quality product, I trust CE, but I mean the details are def lacking
They're on sale for $25/(pair + wiring)

Now, Darklegend, the fogs come with yellow bulbs then?

i just installed and tested the frogs from CE same one darklegend has except mine bulbs were not yellow.

Beam pattern is really good and really really lights the road well.

I took them off b/c i didnt have time to drill holes in my bumper beam. All just used tape temporarily.

Good to hear.

...And I always just thought "frog lights" was an inside joke with my dad about his old Prelude.

I actually sorta like 'em, come to think of it. Nice yellow projector fogs + HID projectors, pretty sexay. Driving lights also FTW.

Doubt they were cheap though.

how easy is it to hook up aftermarket fogs to the stock wiring? i'd like to use the switch i already have on the signal switch for the fogs, instead of adding another switch. will it work well, or should i just use their wiring? thanks. didn't mean to steal the thread, sorry... just thought it was kinda stupid to make a new thread for this.

using the stock switch is possible. weither or not to run your own power wires is up to you tho, I'd recommend it considering Nissan's wiring isn't always the best.

what you can do is run the new power wires and relay the way they should be, then for the remote wire on the relay you can use the nissan power wire from the stock fogs, so when the stock fog switch is on it'll send power to the relay which will turn on the aftermarket fogs.

I did something simliar to this when i re-wired my headlights.

Too any and all you guys who got the CE.com fogs with the remote wiring. Can someone scan and link me to the wiring diagram of it?

kinda interested to see how the wiring of the whole "wireless system " goes and what is actually wireless.

Well I got my new fogs from CE and installed them. My old one got cracked by a rock, tailgating a 18wheeler. My old ones were a little different from the new ones. THe new ones, the lens are clear vs my old one were little yellowish and when you reflected some light to it, it seems blue(during the day) I can take some pictures later, if anyone wants me to.

So it would not be wise for someone, such as myself, who has the GXE (I believe that is what I have) bumper with the "covers" where fog lights shot be to cut those "covers" out in an attempt to place fog lights in them?

First welcome to the org. Then what kind of fogs are you looking for, the stock or aftermarket? It doesn't matter if you want to cut it out or not. I had the stock fogs that cracked the lens so I just took off the fogs and now I have mesh there. I have CE fogs and i placed them in a different location.

Don't mess with my beaten up licence plate. I got no where else to put it so don't flame me for it. Any ideas on where to put it PM me.

They are not yellow anymore after getting new foglights from CE.

Well if it is possible, I would like to place a set of fog lights in the stock location. More than likely though, I will add a set of aftermarket fogs after cutting the "covers" out.

So I just got my CE projector fogs as well. Here are some beam pattern pics: (I'm very impressed for $40 shipped)

there's actually a bit of blue above the cutoff...

there's the cutoff, ftw.

I can't wait to mount 'em, the output seems really impressive.

Nope.

And I'll have pics of these in addition to regular fogs in a day or so (when I actually mount them, dammit) for whomever was asking before.

just order a set for myself. I love those ^^^ cut off pics moph

I'm thinkin of putting them in the stock location b/c my stock fog lens are cracked, and it'll give me a wider beam pattern.

I finally got my CE foglights mounted and took some pics.

I'm happy with them for the cost, their pretty damn bright and give off alotta heat, I bet you could cook an egg with the light beam coming from these things

couldn't mount em in the stock location though, not yet anyway, i broke almost all the bolts that held the stock fogs in place, so all the holes are filled

I guess they don't sell them on CE anymore
but yea, I like em, and def recommend em:
