hesitation in 1st = KS?

well i launched fairly hard tonite and am pretty sure i felt some hesitation mid-way through first. what could it be? it was really really humid tonite (stupid NC summers) in terms of weather conditions. i only run 93 octane. any ideas - thanks guys.

Maybe pull codes before you assume it's gone ... It does sound like it but without codes you can't tell. Even if there's not a CEL check them anyway.

Actually be glad you got the code at least you know what the problem is... I don't mean it in a negative way. Make sure you clean the grounds, and harness connectors when you replace the KS. Pinnacle Nissan has a great deal on KS right now.

Well - you could reset the ECU... make sure you get an 0505 after your reset it just to be sure that it was indeed cleared. Then drive around and see if the 0304 reposts. If it does, then you have a bad KS. You can also do the resistance check, but my KS passed the resistance test, but still kept posting as bad - this has happened to several people. Replacing the KS fixed my lag on acceleration (load) and 0304 code - as I expected it to.

mine tested fine as well, threw a code, and my gas mileage slowly died. Replaced and now I'm back up to 28mpg+ and much better acceleration
